We recently supported our F&B client, The Hummingbird Bakery, to create an unforgettable pop-up experience at the luxury South Place Hotel, bringing delicious indulgences to hotel guests and extending the bakery’s brand reach. This partnership offered hotel visitors exclusive access to The Hummingbird Bakery’s iconic cakes while showcasing the brand’s luxurious and celebratory ethos.

Approach
We focused on three key tactics to maximise engagement and brand visibility:

    We captured visually stunning, high-quality imagery and video content of the pop-up in South Place Hotel’s chic lobby. The content highlighted the inviting display and sumptuous treats, encapsulating the premium feel of the partnership and enhancing both brands’ social media presence.

    Leveraging The Hummingbird Bakery’s dedicated customer base, we crafted a series of enticing email newsletters to announce the pop-up. We emphasised the luxury experience of enjoying Hummingbird’s treats in such an exclusive setting, which drove excitement and footfall to the hotel location.
